cyclotides is a plant defense peptide ubiquitously found in the Violaceae family of plants, which possesses a variety of biological activities such as antimicrobial, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory properties, and we performed transcriptome sequencing of viola arcuata to explore the presence of novel cyclotides环肽（cyclotides）是一类广泛存在于堇菜科（Violaceae）植物中的植物防御肽，具备抗菌、抗癌、抗炎等多种生物学活性。本研究对弯萼堇菜（Viola arcuata）开展转录组测序，以探索新型环肽的存在。
