The contact angle values (θ) on the surfaces of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyoxymethylene (POM) were determined using the sessile drop technique. A laboratory-made and calibrated goniometer was employed for this purpose*. The contact angles were measured in a static condition, meaning that the contact line between the solid, vapor, and liquid phases of the droplet remained stationary with respect to the surface of the solid. The probe liquids used in the experiment were deionized water (Wa), formamide (Fo, >99.5%, Biopack), methylene iodine (Mi, >99%, Sigma-Aldrich), and 1-bromonaphthalene (Br, >95%, Merck). Drops of 2 µL were deposited onto the surface using a micropipette. The contact angle was measured between 5 and 10 seconds after the drop was deposited on the surface. For each probe liquid, 12 drops were deposited and measured on each surface.

本实验采用静态测量模式,即液滴的固-气-液三相接触线相对于固体表面保持静止状态。本次实验所用探针液包括去离子水(Wa)、甲酰胺(Fo,纯度>99.5%,购自Biopack)、二碘甲烷(methylene iodine, Mi,纯度>99%,购自Sigma-Aldrich)以及1-溴萘(1-bromonaphthalene, Br,纯度>95%,购自Merck)。采用微量移液器向固体表面滴加体积为2 μL的液滴,在液滴滴加至表面后的5~10秒内完成接触角测量。每种探针液在每个固体表面上均滴加并测量12个液滴。
