Cryo- EM structure of ribosome from pathogenic protozoa Entamoeba histolytica, reveals unique features of its architectue

The cryo- EM maps and cordinates of Entamoeba histolytica 53S ribosome large subunit (LSU), and 75S associated ribosomes, with P- tRNA, A/P and P/E tRNAs, and with paromomycin antibiotic, at 2.8 Å to 3.4 Å, resolution.本数据集包含溶组织内阿米巴（Entamoeba histolytica）53S核糖体大亚基（LSU），以及携带P位tRNA、A/P杂交态tRNA与P/E杂交态tRNA且结合巴龙霉素抗生素的75S相关核糖体的冷冻电镜（cryo-EM）图谱与结构坐标，其分辨率介于2.8 Å至3.4 Å之间。
