Sea ice diatoms as relative abundance from the Belcher islands archipelago, Hudson Bay, Canada

Relative abundances (%) of diatoms from the bottom 5 cm of modern sea ice samples from the Belcher Islands Archipelago, south-eastern Hudson Bay, Canada between April and May 2019 using a Kovacs Mark II core barrel with an internal diameter of 9 cm. Diatom quantification was done using a light microscope (Zeiss Axio Imager.A2 upright research microscope, University of Helsinki) with phase contrast optics at a x1000 magnification.

本数据集包含2019年4月至5月采自加拿大哈得逊湾东南部贝彻群岛（Belcher Islands Archipelago）现代海冰样品底部5厘米处的硅藻相对丰度（%）数据，采样采用内径9厘米的Kovacs Mark II型岩芯取样器。硅藻定量分析使用赫尔辛基大学配备相差光学系统的蔡司Axio Imager.A2正置研究级光学显微镜，以1000倍放大倍率完成。
