Repository Archive: Zenodo Preprint Series Date: July 2026 Abstract We present the complete mathematical framework of the Unified Theory of Stationary Light (TSL), resolving foundational crises across astrophysics and high-energy physics. By replacing stochastic bottom-up accretion and thermal evaporation models with a deterministic, top-down rendering protocol, we formulate the TSL Master Equation. This framework integrates recent 2025–2026 empirical data—including massive vortex streamers, hidden gas-phase sulfur in extended planetary systems (HR 8799), James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) black hole spectral anomalies, and CERN Higgs metastability parameters—demonstrating that space, time, and matter are emergent properties of stationary light field saturation.
