Dataset on synthesis of the reported structure of homocereulide and its vacuolation assay

The data set provided in this article supplements the original data. This article contains synthesis procedure, structural analysis data and chemical properties of synthetic compounds. In addition, the analytical method of natural homocereulide by LC-MS and the results of emetic toxicity using HEp-2 cells as biological properties were shown.
