针对失稳过程与自重组现象的时空动态变化开展的分子分析,凸显了作为图灵系统(Turing system)组成部分的WNT与BMP信号调节剂所起到的关键作用。整体实验设计:于胚胎发育第10.5天(E10.5)向胚胎注射二甲基亚砜(DMSO)或C59,6小时后对胚胎前肢芽开展β-连环蛋白(β-Catenin)与组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化(H3K27Ac)的染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)实验。
