Data used for monthly analysis of badger contact frequencies as described in the paper (within-group contacts only). Provided data are: the identity of both badgers in a dyad, their social group, the month, the frequency of contacts in that month, the number of days in the months on which both individuals were collared (-30 to centre to the results for dyads collared for roughly an entire month), and the values used for the time since collared term for each individual used in the analysis

本数据集用于论文中所述的獾类接触频率月度分析，仅统计组内接触。所提供的数据包括：成对个体对（dyad）中的两只獾的身份信息、所属社会群体、对应月份、该月内的接触频次、当月两只个体均佩戴项圈的天数（以-30为中心化基准，以适配约整月佩戴项圈的成对个体对的分析结果），以及本次分析中所用的每只个体的佩戴项圈时长参数值。
