Expression profiling was performed for endoderm differentiation in alpha-fetoprotein expressing cells differentiated from embryonic stem cells (ESCs) at 3 different stages of differentiation. Cells were sorted for alpha-fetoprotein expression at days 4, 7 and 21 of embryoid body differentiation and then subjected to Affymetrix DNA microarray analysis. Nine samples were analyzed; experimental groups were 3 replicates each (n=3) of Afp(+) cells collected at days 4, 7 and 21 of embryoid body differentiation.
本研究针对由胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells, ESCs)分化得到的、表达甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein)的内胚层细胞,在3个不同分化阶段开展了表达谱分析。研究人员在拟胚体(embryoid body)分化的第4、7、21天,分选获取甲胎蛋白阳性细胞,随后对其开展Affymetrix DNA微阵列分析。本研究共分析9个样本,每组设置3次生物学重复(n=3),对应拟胚体分化第4、7、21天收集的甲胎蛋白阳性细胞。
