To further development of our gene expression we have employed microarray expression to identify genes. The mice were randomly divided into a control group and a group receiving oral injection of sonicated P. gingivalis twice a week for 6 weeks. Skeletal muscle in mice was extracted. Overall design: Porphyromonas gingivalis induced gene expression in mice skeletal muscle was measured after oral administration (Pg). Control mice (Co) were given saline only.

为推进本研究的基因表达分析工作，我们采用微阵列表达谱分析以鉴定相关基因。实验小鼠被随机分为对照组与实验组：实验组每周两次灌胃给予超声处理的牙龈卟啉单胞菌（Porphyromonas gingivalis），持续6周。随后提取各组小鼠的骨骼肌组织。实验设计概述：经口服给药后，检测牙龈卟啉单胞菌诱导的小鼠骨骼肌基因表达变化（实验组记为Pg）；对照组（记为Co）小鼠仅给予生理盐水。
