Nipponacmea schrenckii Transcriptome sequencing

Nipponacmea schrenckii is a species of true limpet, a marine gastropod mollusk in the order Patellogastropoda, which is the most primitive group of living Gastropoda. In order to explore the mechanism of adaptation to environment, we collected head tissue and abdominal muscle tissue for transcriptome analysis.

施氏背尖贝（Nipponacmea schrenckii）是一种真帽贝，隶属于笠形腹足目（Patellogastropoda）的海洋腹足类软体动物，该类群为现生腹足类中最为原始的类群。为探究其环境适应机制，本研究采集了其头部组织与腹部肌肉组织用于转录组分析。
