The data represents the statistical values of different biochemical analysis measuring the oxidative stress in neuronal cells. Data demonstrated the significant changes in motor functions, dopamine level, cholinergic enzyme activity, adenosine deaminase, TNF-α and IL-1β level caused by rotenone induced Parkinson’s disease. Also, the combination of Mucuna pruriens extract and Sesame oil was observed to ameliorate oxidative stress and significantly increase the cholinergic enzyme activity and dopamine level and thereby helps in preventing neuronal cell damage.
