Supporting data for Neutrophil serine proteases as the endogenous suppressors of white adipose tissue browning and adaptive thermogenesis

The supporting data mainly divided into 3 files including data showed in Chapter 3, Chapter 4, and Chapter 5 together in a main file named "Dataset". Both raw data and analysed data are included. Files under each kind of experiment are futher devided by independent experiment. <br> Under the file "Chapter 3", all <em>in vivo</em> data shown in Chapter 3 of thesis are categoried by different types of experiments including western blot analysis, H&amp;E staining, IHC staining, flow cytometry, CLAMS data, genotyping,and NE activity asssay. For example, under the file "flow cytometry"-"20201126-C57mice-thermo/cl/pbs", orginial data are named according to the group names in fcs format. <br> Under the file "Chapter 4", all <em>in vivo</em> data present in Chapter 4 of thesis are categoried by different types of experiments including basic parameters, flwo cytometry, H&amp;E staining, IHC staining, NE activity assay, and western blot. For example, under the file "NE activity assay"-"20210726-C57 mice HFD+NE inhibitor serum/epi", orginal data of absorbance values in serum or epididymal adipose tissue from different groups measured by plate reader are recorded in excel files. <br> Under the file "Chapter 5", all <em>in vitro</em> data present in Chapter 5 of thesis are categoried by different types of experiments including flwo cytometry, IF staining, ORO staining, Silver staining, and western blot. For example, under the file "ORO staining"-"20220120-BIM+PR3", orginal pictures of oil red o staining in different groups of cell treatment are shown in pptx files. <br> <br> <br> <br>

本配套数据集主要分为3个文件，主文件名为“Dataset”，整合了论文第3、4、5章中展示的全部数据，同时包含原始数据与分析后数据。各类实验文件还会按照独立实验进一步细分。

在“Chapter 3”文件目录下，收录了论文第3章展示的全部体内（in vivo）实验数据，按实验类型划分为免疫印迹分析（western blot analysis）、苏木精-伊红染色（H&E staining）、免疫组化染色（IHC staining）、流式细胞术（flow cytometry）、代谢笼分析数据（CLAMS data）、基因分型（genotyping）以及去甲肾上腺素活性检测（NE activity assay）。例如，在“flow cytometry”子目录下的“20201126-C57mice-thermo/cl/pbs”中，原始数据以fcs格式文件存储，命名遵循各组实验分组名称。

在“Chapter 4”文件目录下，收录了论文第4章展示的全部体内（in vivo）实验数据，按实验类型划分为基础参数检测、流式细胞术（flow cytometry）、苏木精-伊红染色（H&E staining）、免疫组化染色（IHC staining）、去甲肾上腺素活性检测（NE activity assay）以及免疫印迹分析（western blot analysis）。例如，在“NE activity assay”子目录下的“20210726-C57 mice HFD+NE inhibitor serum/epi”中，不同分组小鼠血清及附睾脂肪组织的吸光度值（由酶标仪检测所得）原始数据以Excel文件格式存储。
