Strategic human resource management is examined in terms of its contribution to organizational performance, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability. The approach focuses on aligning human resource practices with overall business strategy to achieve organizational goals effectively. Key components such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and strategic alignment are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the role of human capital as a critical source of competitive advantage in modern organizations. In addition, the influence of globalization, digital transformation, and changing labor market dynamics on HR strategies is considered. Based on the analysis, recommendations are provided to improve the effectiveness of strategic HRM in contemporary organizations.
