Ipomoea batatas cultivar:Lizixiang and ND98 Transcriptome or Gene expression

The root transcriptomes of salt-sensitive variety Lizixiang and salt-tolerant line ND98 were compared to identify the genes and pathways involved in the salt stress responses. This study provides insights into the mechanisms and genes involved in salt tolerance of sweet potato.
