Ipomoea batatas cultivar:Lizixiang and ND98 Transcriptome or Gene expression

The root transcriptomes of salt-sensitive variety Lizixiang and salt-tolerant line ND98 were compared to identify the genes and pathways involved in the salt stress responses. This study provides insights into the mechanisms and genes involved in salt tolerance of sweet potato.通过比较盐敏感品种Lizixiang与耐盐品系ND98的根系转录组（transcriptome），本研究鉴定出了参与盐胁迫响应的基因与通路。该研究为阐明甘薯耐盐性相关的分子机制及功能基因提供了重要见解。
