Comparative genomics of strains of Pasteurella multocida associated with haemorrhagic septicaemia from Pakistan and Thailand.

A molecular epidemiological study, using whole genome sequencing, investigated the genomic diversity of 12 Pakistani and Thai strains of Pasteurella multocida subsp. multocida associated with haemorrhagic septicaemia disease in cattle and buffaloes.
