Mycophenolate Mofetil Versus Cyclophosphamide for Initial Therapy In Childhood-Onset Proliferative Lupus Nephritis: A Prospective, Multicenter,Randomized Trial

This is an open-label, multicenter, randomized, noninferiority study that compared the efficacy and safety of oral mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) plus glucocorticoids versus intravenous cyclophosphamide (IVC) plus glucocorticoids as induction therapy for renal remission in newly diagnosed pediatric patients with proliferative lupus nephritis and either urine protein-creatinine ratio (UPCR) ≥ 1000 mg/g or 24-hour urinary protein excretion > 25 mg/kg.

本研究为一项开放标签、多中心、随机非劣效性试验，旨在对比口服吗替麦考酚酯（MMF）联合糖皮质激素与静脉注射环磷酰胺（IVC）联合糖皮质激素作为诱导治疗方案，对初诊增殖性狼疮肾炎且尿蛋白肌酐比（UPCR）≥1000mg/g或24小时尿蛋白排泄量＞25mg/kg的儿童患者在肾脏缓解方面的疗效与安全性。
