Bacterial communities in the water, sediment and the intestine of shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) in late-stage inland low salinity farming ponds

We aim to (1) characterize the composition, diversity, function and relationship of bacterial community in water, sediment and intestines of P. vannamei; (2) explore the dynamic changes of environmental bacterial community and identify the environmental factors that drive these changes; and (3) investigate the assembly mechanisms of bacterial communities in these three habitats.

本研究旨在：（1）解析凡纳滨对虾（P. vannamei）的水体、沉积物及肠道内细菌群落的组成、多样性、功能及其相互关系；（2）探究环境细菌群落的动态变化，并识别驱动此类变化的环境因子；（3）阐明上述三类生境中细菌群落的组装机制。
