Metagenomics of germfree Olfactory receptor 56-deficient and WT mice transplanted with fecal matter from female SPF mice and of untransplanted SPF mice

Metagenomics (16S-V4 region) of Olfactory receptor 56-deficient and WT male and female germfree mice transplanted with fecal matter from female SPF mice. Amplicon sequencing of genomic DNA samples from large and small intestine of those germfree mice was performed using the Earth Microbiome Protocol, for the V4 region and using the primer pair 515F-806R.本数据集聚焦移植无特定病原体（Specific Pathogen Free，SPF）雌性小鼠粪便的嗅觉受体56缺陷型及野生型（Wild Type，WT）雌雄无菌小鼠的16S-V4区域宏基因组学（Metagenomics）分析。实验过程中，研究人员采用地球微生物组方案（Earth Microbiome Protocol），针对V4区域，使用引物对515F-806R，对该批无菌小鼠的大肠与小肠基因组DNA样本开展扩增子测序。
