Microorganisms, as a key factor reflecting the quality of water ecological environment, provide technical support for pollution monitoring and remediation of water ecological environment. This article explores the impact of urban activity factors on the ecological environment of the upper reaches of Baiyangdian River through high-throughput sequencing of bacterial populations and monitoring of water physical and chemical indicators.

微生物作为反映水生生态环境质量的关键指示因子,可为水生生态环境污染监测与修复提供技术支撑。本文通过对细菌群落开展高通量测序(high-throughput sequencing)并监测水体理化指标,探究城市活动因子对白洋淀河上游生态环境的影响。
