The purpose of this study is to evaluate, in participants having achieved a state of sustained remission, if the ixekizumab treatment groups are superior to the placebo group in maintaining response during the randomized withdrawal-retreatment period in participants with axial spondyloarthritis.本研究旨在评估已达到持续缓解状态的轴性脊柱关节炎（axial spondyloarthritis）受试者中，依奇珠单抗（ixekizumab）治疗组在随机停药-再治疗周期内维持临床应答的效果是否优于安慰剂组。
