Evolution in citric acid

After domesticating lactic acid bacteria under various acid stress conditions, different generations of bacterial strains were selected for genome sequencing. Additionally, transcriptional data were collected to assess gene expression profiles in these strains under varying acid concentrations.

在多种酸胁迫条件下驯化乳酸菌（lactic acid bacteria）后，选取不同传代次数的菌株进行基因组测序。此外，还收集了转录组数据，以分析这些菌株在不同酸浓度条件下的基因表达谱。
