Effect of PHB on the gut microbiome of shrimp Penaeus vannamei feed with lipopeptide (biosurfacatant) infected with pathogen (Vibrio)

Farm reared juvenile shrimp Penaeus vannamei acclimatized and maintained in the laboratory for treatment and experimental challenge works. The shrimp gut samples of treated using lipopeptide (biosurfacatant) feed group with infected vibrio pathogen were collected for 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing.

养殖场繁育的凡纳滨对虾（Penaeus vannamei）幼虾经实验室驯化饲养，用于开展相关处理与攻毒实验。采集饲喂脂肽（lipopeptide，生物表面活性剂biosurfactant）饲料且感染弧菌病原体的处理组对虾的肠道样本，用于16S rDNA扩增子测序（16S rDNA amplicon sequencing）。
