List of off-target genes predicted by Picky for the bad siRNAs and four commercial siRNAs. Only detectable off-target genes (Cp values smaller than 30) are labelled with their qPCR measured Cp values. Off-target genes whose Cp value is larger than 30 are so indicated and excluded from further consideration.
