VPRS 10194 Minute Book

The Farmers Relief Board was constituted under the Unemployed Occupiers and Farmers Relief Act 1931 (No. 3962) and was appointed on 4 November 1931. The Board was dissolved by the Farmers Debts Adjustment Act 1935 (No. 4326) and had its final meeting on 7 January 1936. At the final meeting it was noted that the operation of the Board was terminated, and that the functions of the Board would be carried on under the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Board from 8 January 1936.For each meeting of the Board, minutes of proceedings were recorded together with the names of members present. The minutes were signed by the Chairman of the Board once the minutes were confirmed at the following meeting. The minutes relate to the activities for which the Board was responsible, largely the administration of the Farmers Relief Acts.Generally each entry relating to a case gives the name of the applicant, a brief outline of the matter, and the Board's decision. As the Protection Certificate Number is not given, the minutes do not provide a cross-reference to case-records of the Board.

农民救济委员会（Farmers Relief Board）系依照1931年《失业经营者与农民救济法案》（Unemployed Occupiers and Farmers Relief Act 1931，第3962号）设立，并于1931年11月4日完成任命。该委员会因1935年《农民债务调整法案》（Farmers Debts Adjustment Act 1935，第4326号）被撤销，并于1936年1月7日召开末次会议。在本次会议上，会议决议终止委员会运作，其职能自1936年1月8日起由农民债务调整委员会（Farmers' Debts Adjustment Board）承接。

针对委员会的每一次会议，均留存有会议纪要（minutes of proceedings），其中记录了会议进程与与会委员姓名。会议纪要需经下一次会议审议确认后，由委员会主席签署生效。纪要内容围绕委员会的履职活动展开，核心为《农民救济法案》的执行管理工作。

通常而言，每条案件相关条目均包含申请人姓名、事件简要概况及委员会的决议。由于未记录保护证书编号（Protection Certificate Number），本会议纪要无法与委员会的其他案件档案形成交叉引用。
