Transcriptomes of two hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum) cultivars Jagger and Chinese Spring and three diploid ancestors of the wheat genomes T. urartu (A genome ancestor), Aegilops tauschii (D genome ancestor) and Ae. speltoides (B genome ancestor) were re-sequenced using 454 instrument for inter-varietal SNP discovery and identification of genome-specific divergent mutations differentiating wheat genomes from each other.
本研究采用454测序仪,对2个六倍体普通小麦(*Triticum aestivum*)品种Jagger与中国春(Chinese Spring),以及小麦A、B、D基因组的三个二倍体祖先物种——乌拉尔图小麦(*T. urartu*,A基因组供体)、节节麦(*Aegilops tauschii*,D基因组供体)与拟斯卑尔脱山羊草(*Ae. speltoides*,B基因组供体)的转录组进行重测序,以开展品种间单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP)发掘,并鉴定可区分不同小麦基因组的基因组特异性趋异突变。
