RNAseq quantitative analysis of naïve wild type and interleukin-6 knockout mice

The purpose of this study was to investigate general trasncriptomic changes in wild type and interleukin-6 knockout mice Retinal mRNA profiles of naive mice were generated by 100 bp paired-end sequencing according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Illumina NovaSeq6000).本研究旨在探究野生型（wild type）与白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6）基因敲除小鼠的整体转录组变化。本研究中，正常未处理小鼠的视网膜mRNA表达谱依照厂商官方实验流程，采用100 bp双端测序技术生成，测序平台为Illumina NovaSeq6000。
