We monitored the transcription changes associated with loss of BRG1, BRM, or both combined I HepG2 cells to understand the functional relationship between two mutually exlusive subunits of SWI/SNF Overall design: Cells were transduced with shRNA targeting the subunits of interested and subjected to RNAseq.

本研究以HepG2细胞为模型,监测BRG1、BRM单独缺失或二者联合缺失所伴随的转录变化,以阐明SWI/SNF复合物两个互斥亚基之间的功能关系。实验整体设计:通过靶向目的亚基的短发夹RNA(short hairpin RNA, shRNA)转导细胞,随后对细胞进行RNA测序(RNA sequencing, RNAseq)分析。
