In silico generated NSCLC WGS (tumor)

Simulated NSCLC WGS 30x sequencing (tumor) with custom Bamsurgeon-based pipeline . 72 NSCLC variants (TCGA-62-A472.vcf in this dataset) were spiked on a 30x coverage NA12878 normal sample (available at 10.5281/zenodo.11204563).This dataset has been created in the context of 1MG WG9 use cases interest group.Simulated sequences were created by researchers at Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) in collaboration with collegues at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele (OSR).本数据集为基于Bamsurgeon的定制化分析流程构建的模拟非小细胞肺癌（Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, NSCLC）肿瘤样本30×全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing, WGS）数据集。本数据集将72个非小细胞肺癌变异位点（对应数据文件为TCGA-62-A472.vcf）掺入至覆盖度为30×的NA12878正常样本中，该正常样本可通过DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.11204563获取。本数据集系为配合1MG WG9使用案例兴趣小组的相关研究工作而构建。该数据集的模拟测序序列由巴塞罗那超级计算中心（Barcelona Supercomputing Center, BSC）的研究人员与意大利圣拉斐尔医院IRCCS（OSR）的同仁合作完成。
