Helping Young Parents and Supporting Jobless Families Research Report

The purpose of this paper is to assess the impact of the additional supports provided to young parents and their children to encourage participation in study and training and engagement with early childhood learning and development activities through the Helping Young Parents (HYP) and Supporting Jobless Families (SJF) placed-based trials. This report is provided by Department of Jobs and Small Business (previously Department of Employment).本研究旨在通过青年父母帮扶项目（Helping Young Parents, HYP）与失业家庭帮扶项目（Supporting Jobless Families, SJF）属地试点，评估面向青年父母及其子女提供的额外帮扶举措对鼓励其参与学习培训、投身幼儿学习与发展活动所产生的影响。本报告由就业与小企业部（原就业部）提供。
