195 days monitoring of a mesophilic anaerobic digester treating various organic waste

A 35L pilote scale continuous stirred tank anaerobic digester was run at 38°C for 195 days with 4 successive feeding sequences: - a pig slurry completed with horse feed - a pig slurry completed with horse feed and apples - a pig slurry completed with horse feed and apples and butter - a pig slurry completed with horse feed and food waste Its microbial community was monitored every week by 16S rDNA metabarcoding along with its running parameters.本研究采用一套35升中试规模的连续搅拌釜式厌氧消化反应器，于38℃下连续运行195天，依次设置4组连续进料基质：1. 猪粪料液添加马饲料；2. 猪粪料液添加马饲料与苹果；3. 猪粪料液添加马饲料、苹果与黄油；4. 猪粪料液添加马饲料与厨余垃圾。试验期间每周通过16S rDNA 元条形码测序（16S rDNA metabarcoding）对反应器内的微生物群落进行监测，并同步记录各项运行参数。
