Based on the Illumina HiSeq sequencing platform, transcriptome sequencing was performed on the wound tissue samples of rats from the blank group (CK) and the experimental group (H) treated with HB-BCE/Ag after 7 days of treatment. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened, and analyses of expression levels, expression differences, annotation, and enrichment were carried out. Thus, the biological processes and related signaling pathways associated with DEGs were analyzed, and further, the molecular mechanism of HB-BCE/Ag in treating wound infections was explored.

本数据集基于Illumina HiSeq测序平台,对空白组(CK)与经HB-BCE/Ag处理的实验组(H)大鼠的创伤组织样本在给药7天后开展转录组测序。研究首先筛选差异表达基因(Differentially Expressed Genes,DEGs),并依次进行表达水平分析、表达差异分析、基因注释与富集分析,以此解析差异表达基因所关联的生物学过程及相关信号通路,进而探究HB-BCE/Ag治疗创伤感染的分子机制。
