Analysis of differential gene expression in NSCLC cancer cell with or without EGFR-TKI resistance

We have established a Genfitnib resistant cell line, Ire, from a NSCLC cell line, PE089, with deletion of exon 19 in EGFR. RNA-sequencing analysis was performed to analyze the diffreential gene expression between thes two cell lines Total RNA was extracted from PE089 or Ire cell and the differential gene expression was determined by using RNA-sequencing analysis

本研究从携带表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）第19外显子缺失的非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）细胞系PE089中，构建了Genfitnib耐药细胞系Ire。通过RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）分析两种细胞系间的差异基因表达：从PE089与Ire细胞中提取总RNA，采用RNA测序技术对二者的差异基因表达进行检测分析。
