Dataset: Weak Wind Duration and Stagnation Indicators in Tel Aviv, 1940–2025, yearly data

The dataset includes annual results of calculations related to weak wind below 10 km/hr in Tel Aviv 1940-2025. This dataset applies multi-threshold framework, the lowest weak wind threshold is 2 km/hr, the highest 10 km/hr, and each step 2 km/hr. The parameters analyzed are: o summer weak wind speed – WWS o summer weak wind duration - DWW o Summer Weak Wind Stagnation Indicator – WWSI o average continuous hours of summer weak wind – cHr o maximum continuous hours of summer weak wind – MaxcHr The term “Summer Weak Wind Stagnation Indicator” (WWSI-S) is the product of the difference between week wind baseline (10km/hr) and the average summer weak wind below the selected threshold by its duration.
