Potato virus Y sequencing

This study investigates the evolutionary dynamics and host-specificity of PVY isolates across three plants species (benthamiana, tomato and potato) through a series of experimental infections and serial passages using mechanical inoculation. The goal is to understand the genomic alterations of potato virus Y (PVY; Potyvirus yituberosi) in different hosts.
