The aim was to identify the effect of caspase inhibition on changes in gene expression in MCF-7 cells induced by a combination of TRAIL and LCL-161. Treated samples and control samples were collected after 24 h of treatment. Four treatments with four biological replicates. The groups were Control, LCL-161+TRAIL, zVZD, and LCL-161+TRAIL+zVAD
本研究旨在探究半胱天冬酶抑制(caspase inhibition)对肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)与LCL-161联合诱导的MCF-7细胞基因表达变化的影响。处理组与对照组均于处理24小时后收集样本。本实验设置4种处理方式,每组包含4个生物学重复。实验分组为对照组、LCL-161联合TRAIL组、zVZD组以及LCL-161联合TRAIL联合zVAD组。
