Cultural monuments must be protected by law and must be entered in a list, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not final, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned. All “cultural monuments of special importance” previously registered in the “Denkmalbuch” according to the Monument Protection Act of 2015 have been automatically incorporated into the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been definitively updated (description, scope of protection). 文化遗产（cultural monuments）须受法律保护，并需纳入名录，即所谓的“文物名录”（list of monuments）。相关产权人将收到其对应遗产被纳入该文物名录的通知。与此同时，本平台将发布该文物名录并每周更新。该文物名录并非终版，而是会持续接受审核、增补与清理。 此前依据《2015年文物保护法》（Monument Protection Act of 2015）在《文物登记簿》（Denkmalbuch）中登记的所有“特别重要文化遗产”（cultural monuments of special importance）已自动纳入新版文物名录，但相关条目的描述、保护范围等内容尚未完成最终更新。 各行政区名录均按辖区内的社区及市镇（不含设区城市）的字母顺序进行分类编排： — 文物保护区域（Monument areas） — 实物遗存（Factual populations） — 连片建筑设施（Majorities of construction facilities） — 建筑设施（单体文物（denkmale）） — 结构设施局部（Parts of structural installations） — 推理类kmale（Reasoning kmale） — 可移动文化遗产（Movable cultural monuments） — 其他文化遗产（Other cultural monuments）
