Analysis pipeline and data for: Public awareness of pharmacovigilance and adverse drug reaction underreporting in Romania in a cross-sectional online survey

This repository contains the analysis pipeline, raw survey data, and questionnaire instrument for a cross-sectional study on public awareness of pharmacovigilance and adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting in Romania (N=302). Files included: Public_awareness_of_PV.do — Stata do-file (StataNow/MP 19.5) reproducing all tables (Table 1–6) reported in the manuscript, from raw data import through descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, multivariable logistic regression, and Firth penalized logistic regression (sensitivity analysis). Run instructions are included as comments at the top of the file. Date_colectate.csv — Raw survey export (Google Forms), 302 anonymous responses, 18 variables. No personally identifiable information was collected; see the consent statement in the questionnaire. Questionnaire_En_Ro.pdf — Full survey instrument (Romanian original and English translation), including item-numbering notes and operational definitions used in the analysis. Study context: Data were collected via a self-administered online questionnaire disseminated through snowball sampling on social media platforms, in the first half of 2025, as part of a master's dissertation extended into a peer-reviewed manuscript.
