Ninety works of French literature published 1838-1928

This collection of novels has been put together to research the question of how developments in artificial lighting in Paris contributed to literary depictions of emotions. They were chosen the following criteria: published between 1938 and 1928 some scenes take place in Paris published in French, but not necessarily first published in French (therefore, Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities (1859) and James' The American (1877) are included in French translation). There are 90 documents in the corpus. The documents are named with year of publication, author's surname and title. The documents are sorted in chronological order, so that the oldest are at the top.本小说汇编集旨在探究巴黎人工照明的发展如何促成了情感的文学刻画。本合集的遴选遵循以下标准： 出版时间介于1938年至1928年之间； 部分场景设定于巴黎； 作品以法语出版，但未必为法语首版（因此，狄更斯的《双城记》（1859年）与詹姆斯的《美国人》（1877年）的法语译本亦纳入其中）。 本语料库（corpus）共包含90份文献。文献以出版年份、作者姓氏及作品标题命名，并按时间顺序排列，年代最早的文献置于最前方。
