本数据集通过各过滤步骤后剩余的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNPs）数量，呈现变异过滤的具体情况。表格中"剩余平均值与占比"行代表每个家系的剩余变异平均数量及剩余变异占比。
