Phylogenomics of sea hibiscus (Hibiscus tiliaceus) group

To reveal the phylogeny and phylogeography of Hibiscus tiliaceus and its related species, we examined complete chloroplast genome, genome-wide nuclear SNPs, and a low copy gene by using samples collected from all over the coastal area in tropics and subtropics. In this Bioproject, we deposited raw read data enriched by MIG-seq analyses.

为揭示黄槿（Hibiscus tiliaceus）及其近缘物种的系统发育与系统地理学特征，我们利用热带、亚热带沿海全域采集的样本，对完整叶绿体基因组、全基因组范围核单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）以及低拷贝基因开展分析。本生物项目（Bioproject）已提交并存档了经MIG-seq分析富集得到的原始测序读段数据。
