The assessment of differential expression in the hypothalamus following MMS

The hypothalamus was extracted from MMS and control groups immeadiately at the end of the paradigm on P6, RNA extraction done using Qiagen RNA/DNA extraction kits. 3' RNA sequencing was carried out on 6 samples per group

于出生后第6天（P6）的实验范式结束时，立即从MMS组与对照组中提取下丘脑组织；采用凯杰（Qiagen）RNA/DNA提取试剂盒完成RNA提取；对每组的6个样本开展3'端RNA测序（3' RNA Sequencing）。
