Transcriptional regulation by Errb (Nr3b2) in stria vascularis

Transcriptional profiles were compared in microdissected lateral walls of the inner ears from Errb mutant mice and wild type littermate controls. The goal is to identify transcriptional targets of Errb and candidate genes for inner ear diseases. Keywords: genetic mutant analysis Errb mutant mice were generated by conditional knock-out strategy. Inner ears from 10 mice were pooled for each sample and 3 replicates of wild type and mutant samples were analyzed.

本研究对Errb突变小鼠与野生型同窝对照小鼠的内耳显微切割侧壁组织进行转录组谱（transcriptional profiles）比较分析。本研究旨在鉴定Errb的转录靶标以及内耳疾病的候选基因。关键词：遗传突变分析。Errb突变小鼠通过条件性敲除（conditional knock-out）策略构建得到。每个样本混合10只小鼠的内耳组织，野生型与突变型样本各设置3次生物学重复并进行分析。
