The transcription factor Stat-1 is essential for Schwann cell differentiation, myelination and myelin sheath regeneration [RNA-seq]

To investigate the potential mechanisms of Stat1 regulation of Schwann cell (SC) differentiation, we performed a RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of SCs grown under differentiation conditions treated with Stat1-siRNA or with non-targeting negative control siRNA (Scramble). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for differentiating Stat1 knockdown Schwann cells and control Schwann cells.

为探究信号转导与转录激活因子1（Stat1）调控雪旺细胞（Schwann cell，SC）分化的潜在分子机制，本研究对在分化培养条件下分别经Stat1小干扰RNA（Stat1-siRNA）或非靶向阴性对照小干扰RNA（Scramble）处理的雪旺细胞开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq），并对分化状态下Stat1敲低雪旺细胞与对照雪旺细胞的RNA测序数据进行了比较基因表达谱分析。
