Comparative transcriptome of astrocytes in MGS

Comparative gene expression analysis of astrocytes cultured with conventional method or in MGS. Overall design: Total RNAs extracted from astrocytes cultured with conventional method and astrocytes in MGS were sequenced on the Illumina NextSeq.

针对采用常规培养方法培养的星形胶质细胞（astrocytes）与在MGS中培养的星形胶质细胞开展比较基因表达分析。实验设计概况：提取自常规培养法培养的星形胶质细胞以及MGS中培养的星形胶质细胞的总RNA，已在Illumina NextSeq测序平台上完成测序。
