This dataset contains SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) and SEM-EDS (Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) images of TNR (titanium dioxide nanorods) and EPS-TiO2 (titanium dioxide on expanded polystyrene spherse). The detailed equipment and measurement data was described in "readme SEM.txt" file.
