Accelerated Imaging with Segmented 2D Pulses using Parallel Imaging and Virtual Coils

Enclosed are the data and scripts used for the in-vivo figures in the article "Accelerated Imaging with Segmented 2D Pulses using Parallel Imaging and Virtual Coils". Details on using the scripts are found in README.txt. Running the .m files described there will re-generate Figures 4 - 8 of the article, optionally re-running the pseudo-replica algorithm.

本数据集附带论文《采用并行成像与虚拟线圈的分段二维脉冲加速成像》（Accelerated Imaging with Segmented 2D Pulses using Parallel Imaging and Virtual Coils）中用于生成活体成像图的数据与脚本文件。脚本的具体使用方法详见README.txt文件。运行其中提及的.m格式脚本文件即可重新生成本文的图4至图8，过程中可选择性重新执行伪副本算法（pseudo-replica algorithm）。
