Data Package to "Personality and Stress Regulation"

This pilot study investigated how maladaptive personality traits may affect emotional and physiological responses to stress, and how maladaptive personality traits relate to alexithymia. We collected survey data online, physiological and emotional data in the GO-Lab. The aim was to examine how differences in levels of Detachment and Negative Affect account for individual differences in perceived stress and alexithymia, and how these traits relate to emotional and physiological responses to social evaluative stress.

本先导性研究旨在考察适应不良型人格特质（maladaptive personality traits）如何影响个体面对压力时的情绪与生理反应，同时探讨该类人格特质与述情障碍（alexithymia）的关联。研究通过线上渠道收集问卷数据，并在GO-Lab实验室中采集生理与情绪相关数据。本研究的核心目标为：分析分离特质（Detachment）与负性情感（Negative Affect）的水平差异如何解释个体在感知压力与述情障碍方面的个体差异，并阐明上述特质与社会性评价压力（social evaluative stress）下的情绪及生理反应之间的关联。
