Synthesis of Tetrasubstituted and Functionalized Enol Ethers by <i>E</i>-Selective Olefination of Esters with Ynolates

We have developed the E-selective olefination of ester carbonyls to afford tetrasubstituted, functionalized olefins and the C−S insertion of thiol esters to give β-keto thiol esters via ynolates.本研究开发了酯羰基参与的E选择性烯烃化反应，可制备四取代官能化烯烃；同时开发了硫酯的碳-硫插入反应，经由炔醇盐中间体生成β-酮硫酯。
